COVID-19 Information

Our Commitment to Your Health

The current pandemic presents challenges for us all. At Three Waters, we are committed to your health. Following advice provided by the WA state government, we are using strategies as to minimise risk of exposure. These may include social distancing in our spacious offices and reception area, masks, telehealth sessions (some restrictions apply), and frequent cleaning and disinfection.

As per recent legislative requirements, all of our psychologists and staff have been double-vaccinated. As the pandemic progresses other measures may be required, and we will do our best to update you as these things occur.

Your COVID Responsibilities

Our consulting rooms are open to anyone who has been double-vaccinated or who are not eligible for vaccination due to their age or as defined by the Australian Immunisation Register.

There is always a risk that you may be exposed to COVID-19 despite steps taken to reduce risk of transmission. We cannot guarantee that infected people will not be using the facilities in some manner, and request everyone take reasonable precautions.

Those who are unvaccinated or partially vaccinated from December 1, 2021 are invited to attend via telehealth, but we must ask that they do not attend the clinic in person.
